If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email us at info@starkles.com.au so we can find a solution. Please note refunds are not offered on human hair top pieces as these are special orders and not items we keep in stock. We are however happy to exchange or refund all other goods returned within 1 week. Return postage charges are at the customer’s expense. Proof of purchase must be supplied.

Please note for products returned for a refund: Your refund will be proceed by the same payment method it was originally paid, less the postage charge to send it out in the first place. If your order was over $150 and you received free postage your refund will be less $12.

All returned Afterpay orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.

This refund/exchange policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Starkles will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
