Retail Company Policy
Please take note of the following retail policy before purchasing from us.
- All retail phone orders from our web site have a minimum order requirement of $20.00 AUD.
- All retail phone orders from our web site are to be placed by contacting our stores directly on +61 7 5538 4545, +61 7 5575 8000 or +61 7 3229 0005.
- All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.
- We accept all major credit card phone orders from the web site.
- Postage and handling charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid prior to shipment.
- When shipping orders we require a valid street address. At Starkles we offer very efficient service. Our aim is to ship our orders within three (3) working days of payment. All orders are of course subject to availability.
- Prices subject to change without notice.
Wholesale Company Policy
Please take note of the following wholesale policy before purchasing from us.
- Wholesale orders have a minimum order requirement of $500.00 AUD excluding freight.
- All orders are to be placed by contacting Shelley Butler on 0412 758 787 or alternatively emailing us at shelley@starkles.com.au.
- All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.
